Delete your FarAway account
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, username, email, photo, bio, interests, location, date of birth) is erased, and your phone number and username are freed so you could register again later. Messages you sent stay in the other person's conversation, shown as from "Deleted User"; your voice recordings are deleted.
The one exception is an account reported as involving someone under 18: the details that identify it are kept with the report, as the law may require. See the Privacy Policy.
Fastest: delete in the app
Open FarAway → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Your account disappears from FarAway at once. For 30 days you can bring it back by signing in; after that it is erased for good.
